A perfect cup of coffee is the result of many variables along a journey  perfectly aligning in just the right way! Before the consumer even chooses what coffee they will purchase and ultimately brew, many decisions have already been made which deeply impact the end flavour and experience of said coffee. Everything from where the plant was grown, how the seeds (yes, seeds not beans) were processed, stored, roasted, and eventually brewed all highly influence the end products flavour. To help our clientele gain knowledge of the bigger coffee picture we put together these brief  modules: Plant, Processing, Roast, Grind & Brew, Taste and Terminology. Hopefully, by reading through our modules, our clients will become more aware of all the variables in a cup of coffee, and gain an understanding of just how unique specialty coffee can be.
